Set up your player in minutes
We recommend two players — IBO Player Pro and HotPlayer. Both work the same simple way: install the app, register your device on the player's website, and paste in the playlist link we send you.
Before you start
After you order on WhatsApp, we send you your login — either an M3U URL or an Xtream Codes login (username, password & server host). Have that message ready. You'll also need the device you want to watch on and a stable internet connection.
Pick the app you're using
IBO Player Pro
The player we recommend for most devices — clean interface, fast, and works everywhere.

Install IBO Player Pro
Search “IBO Player Pro” in your device store — Google Play, Apple App Store, Samsung, LG, Amazon Appstore (Firestick) or Roku — or download it from iboproapp.com.

Open the app & note your details
On the home screen the app shows your Device ID (MAC Address) and Device Key. Keep this screen open or write both down.

Open the playlist portal
On your phone or computer go to the IBO playlist portal and sign in using the MAC Address and Device Key from the app.

Add your playlist
Click “Add Playlist”, give it any name, then paste the M3U URL we sent you after your order — or choose Xtream Codes and enter the username, password and host.

Reload and enjoy
Go back to the app and press Reload (or reopen it). Your channels, movies and series load automatically.

HotPlayer
A great lightweight alternative — supports up to 3 playlists and a “Lock MAC” option.

Install HotPlayer
Get HotPlayer from your device store — Samsung Tizen, LG Store, Google Play, Amazon (Firestick), Roku or the App Store — or from hotplayer.app.

Open the app & note your details
Open HotPlayer and note the MAC Address and Device Key shown on the main screen.

Activate on the portal
Open the HotPlayer portal on your phone/PC. Activation is included with your subscription — if the app asks you to activate, just message us and we will take care of it.

Add your playlist
Enter your MAC Address and Device Key, then paste the M3U or Xtream URL from your order confirmation.

Lock & restart
In Settings, turn on “Lock MAC” so your playlist can’t be reset, then restart the app to start watching.

How device activation works
MAC Address & Device Key
When you open the app it shows a unique MAC Address and Device Key. These identify your device on the player's portal — that's how your playlist gets linked to your TV or box.
The web portal
You add your playlist once on the player's website using that MAC + Key. It syncs to the app automatically — no typing long URLs with a TV remote.
Changing or renewing
To update or renew, just edit the playlist on the portal and reload the app. Your device stays registered — you don't reinstall anything.
Stuck on setup?
If channels won't load, double-check the playlist URL, make sure your subscription is active, and restart the app. Still stuck? Send us your device's MAC Address and we'll get you sorted.
